Overall people management experience includes, directly and indirectly, managing a team of 18 professionals and working collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams. On the project management front, Katrin oversaw the planning and tracking of annual budgets (e.g., $250K), negotiating contracts, influencing stakeholder decisions, developing workstreams, and managing vendors.
Her work at Conservation International and The Nature Conservancy included people and project management of several campaigns. This called for working effectively with various internal (e.g., C-suite) and external (e.g., Walmart, Disney, and JPMorgan Chase) stakeholders to ensure campaign success along with staying on top of deadlines and budget considerations.
